When the board of the Bank Holding Company Association wondered how it could position its education-focused association for long-term viability, and build up its treasury in the process, it found its answer with the strategic team at NFR Communications. We reimagined the BHCA’s semi-annual seminars to deepen education and expand member networking. We introduced new revenue streams through an annual directory and new, one-day seminars in cities not previously served by the BHCA. We professionalized member communications. We conducted strategic outreach and member recruitment, and importantly, we increased sponsorship revenue.
